I had an amazing experience at Hilton Dongqian Lake, with standout service from the staff, especially Ms. Caroline Gao and Mr. Duller Du. The hotel is beautifully designed with stunning views, but there were some cleanliness issues in the room and noise from nearby families. Overall, it's a great place for family vacations but may not be the ideal spot for couples seeking quiet. I would definitely return on a sunnier day.
